Two chances for a COPD Conference
Whether you’re a healthcare professional or an individual diagnosed with COPD, don’t miss this opportunity to join the COPD Foundation for a December COPD conference. There will be two different conferences – one for healthcare professional, the other for COPD patients.
The US COPD Coalition and the COPD Foundation are hosting the second National COPD conference December 2 and 3 in Crystal City, Va. The event is free and COPD patients, healthcare professionals, organizations and public officials are all welcome to attend group sessions about education, research, diagnosis and treatment. There will also be a joint COPD7usa session, a Dr. Thomas Petty commemorative reception and many interactive workshops.
COPD7usa will also be having a conference on December 3 and 4 for healthcare professionals in the backyard of the capitol building. Topics include different approaches to treatment, challenges in diagnosis, managing comorbid conditions, the future of COPD and much more.
