Time to get a flu shot; just one needed this year

You can take action to protect yourself and your family. Find a flu clinic in your neighborhood on the Google flu vaccine finder and get yourself and everyone in your family vaccinated now.

Annual flu shots are recommended for everyone six months of age and older, especially those with chronic illnesses and their caregivers.

The 2010–2011 seasonal influenza vaccine includes the 2009 pandemic H1N1 influenza (swine flu) strain, so unlike last year when two vaccines were required, only one influenza vaccine is needed this season.
