Texas Rangers stars headline “Shoot for the Cure” golf tournament Oct. 6
FLOWER MOUND, TX – Former Texas Rangers baseball stars Steve Buechele, Pete O’Brien and Dan Smith will be among the well-known players in the third annual “Shoot for the Cure” golf tournament and dinner Oct. 6.
Several current Texas Rangers and other professional athletes are also expected to attend the event, held each year by the Lone Star Alphas to raise awareness of Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (Alpha-1) and raise funds for research.
