Holiday decorating for a cure: Brighten any room and help to fund research on Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency

This holiday season, you can try a new twist on tradition, brighten any room with unique decorations – and help fund critical research on lung and liver disease while you enjoy the holiday.

The Alpha-1 Foundation has joined forces with South Florida businesses to offer unique tropical-themed holiday ornaments. Local artist Gene Zaresk, owner of Elements of Color, chose the ornaments for their bold colors and extraordinary designs.

The ornaments have the feeling of Florida’s subtropical ocean. Among those available are glittery seaweed garland, brilliant tropical fish, festive-looking seahorses, sea turtles, even a sparkling jellyfish – and more.

The decorations will be on display at the Alpha-1 Foundation, 2937 SW 27th Ave., Coconut Grove, FL, 33133, through the holiday season. All are available with your donation to Alpha-1 research, and you can order in person or on our website.
