Grifols completes aquisition of Talecris Biotherapeutics
BARCELONA, España — Victor Grifols Roura and Gregory Rich formally announced Grifols’ acquisition of Talecris Biotherapeutics. They will now operate as one company under the Grifols’ name.
With the combination of the two companies, Grifols hopes to be able to produce more therapies from plasma donations and advance research and development activities. They will also continue their support of patient advocacy, education and awareness to help serve patients world wide.
