Foundation to honor Gordon Snider, former American Thoracic Society president, Foundation Board member, for lifetime achievement
The Alpha-1 Foundation will present Gordon Snider, MD, with a Lifetime Achievement Award at a luncheon October 23 in Boston.
Snider was a former president of the American Thoracic Society and Chief of the Medical Service at the Boston Veterans Affairs Medical System for 14 years. He served on the Alpha-1 Foundation Board of Directors and is currently a member of the Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee.
The luncheon will be held at the Marriott Boston Cambridge, Two Cambridge Center, 50 Broadway, Cambridge, MA 02142. The event will be $150 per person, and all funds will support future conferences of the Foundation’s Gordon L. Snider Critical Issues Workshop Series.
