First Iberian Alpha-1 Congress to be celebrated in Spain Oct 17-18
To celebrate La Asociación Alfa-1 de España’s 10-year anniversary, the First Iberian Alpha-1 Congress will be celebrated Oct. 17-18 in Madrid, Spain. The event, at the Hotel Husa Chamartín, will be conducted in Spanish only.
The Congress will feature topics such as the functions, phenotypes and epidemiology of Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency; Hepatic disease and Alpha-1; Pulmonary Rehabilitation; Life as a caregiver of an Alpha; and many more.
There will be professional and patient roundtable discussions, debates and an audiovisual project on the activities of the Association.
