CDC offers healthcare provider's toolkit on H1N1 and children with high-risk conditions

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has developed a toolkit for healthcare providers about H1N1 (the swine flu) and children with high-risk conditions.

The toolkit includes an information sheet regarding access to the H1N1 vaccine, a brochure and template letters for parents and caregivers, as well as posters for healthcare providers’ offices.
