Canadian Alpha gets double lung transplant
LADYSMITH, British Columbia—Margaret Flynn has two new lungs. The Ladysmith resident had been on the current transplant waiting list longer than anyone else due to her blood type and the fact it contained certain antibodies.
She has been waiting for two new lungs for 28 months.
