11 hospitals join suit claiming CSL, Baxter price fixing

A total of 11 US hospitals have signed up as plaintiffs in a class-action suit against CSL and its chief rival Baxter, claiming the companies engaged in cartel behavior in their blood plasma businesses.
Documents lodged with the Illinois Northern and Pennsylvania Eastern federal courts reveal an acceleration of litigants stepping forward since September to accuse CSL of involvement in a conspiracy to fix the prices of plasma products.
