Do You Subscribe? Alpha-1 is a full-color magazine packed with practical advice, personal stories and news for people touched by Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. The current issue announces The Alpha-1 Project, created by the Foundation to invest directly in new drugs, therapies and a cure for those with Alpha-1. A look at gene therapy in mice and people, a trial of inhaled Alpha-1 protein in Europe, and the Foundation’s project to encourage family testing are among the many other feature stories.
